Get into the “Social Media” Revolution……

Over the last few weeks, I continue to see Networkers Market their companies replicated websites thinking that this will do the trick and solve their recruiting needs……. This is so far from the truth!

This is the bottom line!

When you promote your companies website, you give that company all the power and you rob yourself of yours. It may be hard to digest this at first, but think about it. Have you ever sent someone to your company site and they just signed up on the spot? NO! And why should they. people follow people, not companies. The goal when marketing any type of business is to first establish the relationship. This can only be done by people getting to know you better.

The same thing happens online. I know that people have this illusion that they are into the marketing game when promoting their company website, but your not…. You may feel good about Company A,B or C……. But long term, you are only hurting yourself. The magic is in you setting up such a web presence that people are moved to wanting to work with you, regardless of what company you are with.

I have about 7 youtube channels up! Some of these channels are still up even though I am not affiliated with those companies. But the beauty of what is going on is that those videos are still playing and working hard for me 24/7. And even though I made some of those videos over a year ago, they are brand new to someone watching them for the 1st time today. As people are moved by the videos, they contact me and the rest is easy. When people are chasing you….. the dynamics of the game changes totally.

So, please do not be brainwashed into some of the backwards thinking that I see so many fall into. Online marketing is happening for average people like you would never believe and it does not take much to get the ball rolling. But you have to understand the process, buy into it and then begin at once to implement your personal brand strategy.

A Moment from within,.

Family,

I realize that this is the first written post ever posted on this blog, but I

felt it was needed to be put in this format……. Please enjoy!

For the past couple of months I have been stretched very
thin. Not complaining because I have earned some good money
with the projects I was involved with, but it has taught me
the importance of my time.

There is truly no price, that you can put on your time and
the importance of being able to spend it with your love ones
and the people closest to you. I have watched a few people
die, dealt with the fact that, as the day’s move forward; I
get older…. Lol. And I am now looking at things differently
than I did just a few months ago, when we launched into the
New Year.

The days seem to run into each other and it is easy to get
lost and caught up in the business of life itself. As my kids
get older, it clearly demonstrates in my mind how we need to
cherish each day for what it really is…..

“A gift of being able to experience the present.”

Your probably wondering and asking, ok ACE, where’s the
training today? What does all this have to do with me?

It’s simple! Take the time that is needed and spend it doing
and being with the important people in your life. No moment
forward is guaranteed. And part of true success is having the
time to spend and enjoy your love ones. Seriously!

Please understand that you are the author of what true
success is for you! No one else. People may judge, look down,
and criticize you, but do not fall into the trap of trying to
please everyone else but you.
My plea to you is to be you at all times and do always what
is best for you. I have been criticized many times over for
making bold moves and speaking my mind, but at the end of the
day, it has always been what is best for me.

So, take a moment now and just observe the quietness of
time……… Slowly realize that you are now in the present, but
that this present is constantly moving…… as it moves you are
moving with it as it always stays constant……..

But the important thing to realize and to be conscience of is
how you are spending that time….. And what you are using it
for. Deep huh????

Ok….

Let’s move forward….. lol

Don’t be surprised if I throw in these moments from within
writings…. I clearly feel they are universal and should be
shared with all who will receive them.

Time to go eat breakfast with the family.
